Community Landscape Services
PDSI believes that every community association can benefit from having a landscape architect on call. In this role, PDSI serves as the liaison between the community or homeowners association and the landscape contractor.
Services include:
- Community liaison to the landscape maintenance contractor (this task includes periodic review meetings including a spring kick-off meeting, post spring clean-up meeting, mid-summer meeting, and end-of-the-year meeting)
- Landscape design for community enhancements
- Project coordination for community enhancements including assistance with design review, contractor selection, and inspections
- Orchestrate a community master plan and enhancement process
