Design Guidelines / Covenants Committees
PDSI serves homeowner associations and developers throughout Northern Virginia to administer the Design Guidelines Review Process, to facilitate the review of Modification Applications (decks, patios, landscaping, etc.) and to assist in the review, revision, and refinement of existing design guidelines.
