Project Coordination/Client Liaison Services

PDSI provides liaison services to owners and developers of land throughout Northern Virginia. In this process, PDSI serves as an assistant to help facilitate the Feasibility Study, Rezoning, Special Exception and/or the Plan Review Process. This type of work includes helping to obtain contracts and to manage subcontractors including:

  • Drainfield/Soils Consultants
  • Wetland/Environmental Consultants
  • Archaeological Consultants

  • Transportation Engineers
  • Utility Locators
  • Cost Estimators
  • Sound/Noise Consultants

Liaison activities include following up with subcontractor tasks and schedules, coordination between consultants, communicating with jurisdictional reviewers and pre-approving invoicing for payment and accuracy.
